You may use Room Makeover AI without creating an account. However, access to premium features requires a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment will be charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as we do not process refunds directly. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is owned by Wave Negocios Digitais and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our express written permission.

Room Makeover AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI results will meet your expectations. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Negocios Digitais shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
